2. Services Description

Luxe Nest Home provides home renovation, interior/exterior design, smart home installation, and related services. All services are subject to availability and specific project agreements.

3. Pricing & Payments

Project pricing is provided in written estimates and is valid for 30 days. A deposit is required to commence work. Payment schedules are outlined in individual contracts.

4. Project Timeline

While we strive to meet all deadlines, project timelines are estimates. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, material shortages, permit approvals) will be communicated promptly.

5. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Nest Home 's liability is limited to the value of the specific service contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County.

Effective date: June 27, 2026

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services within 48 hours of signing a contract for a full refund of any deposits paid. After 48 hours, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.

2. Material Returns

Unused, unopened materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Custom-ordered items are non-refundable.

3. Workmanship Issues

If you're unsatisfied with completed work, contact us within 7 days. We'll inspect and either correct the issue at no cost or provide a partial refund based on the extent of the problem.

4. Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are handled under our 5-year workmanship warranty. Repairs or replacements covered under warranty are provided at no cost to the client.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Delays may occur depending on your financial institution.
